Description: A low-threshold commercial heels dance lesson, where you get to know working and walking in high heels from the point of view of commercial dance. Suitable for both beginners and those who have danced longer. The class includes a warm-up, easy muscle conditioning and stretching, a little dance technique and a dance sequence and final warm-up. You need indoor sports clothes and a drinking bottle and, if you want, high heels. At the entrance to the lobby, say that you are coming to the Viikki-speks workshop, and the recipient will let you in.
