Description: Low-threshold commercial dance class. Suitable for beginners as well as those who have been dancing for a long time. The class includes a warm-up, easy muscle conditioning and stretching, a little dance technique and a dance sequence and final warm-up. You need indoor sports clothes and shoes, a drinking bottle and a good mood. At the entrance to the lobby, say that you are coming to the Viikki-speks workshop, and the recipient will let you in.
